Ms. Katherine
Katherine earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from FAU. She also completed graduate credits in Child & Adolescent Mental Health at Nova Southeastern University, as well as,Curriculum and Learning with a Bilingual/ESL Concentration from William Paterson University. She taught elementary school in both N.J. and F.L. for 4years, and has worked with children for 10 years in total.
Katherine has a warm, bubbly and high energy personality.Her passion has always been to work with and help children ever since she began college. Due to Katherine’s diverse educational background and empathetic/keenly observant nature, she can identify a child’s specific educational/emotional needs, and is swift to improvise accordingly to keep students highly engaged. Moreover, Katherine loves to integrate creativity within appropriate moments through music, singing or dancing. Katherine believes in learning the individual style of each child to propel her teaching strategy.
