Meet Ms. Katherine

Ms. Katherine is a certified teacher with a Bachelor’s Degree in Childhood/Special Education from NYU and a Master’s Degree in Early Childhood/Special Education from Hunter College. She has taught for over nine years across various age groups from birth to grade 4. She is also an experienced special education teacher who provides tailored support to children in reading, writing, and math.

She has a strong passion for literacy and teaches fluency, letter-sound correspondence, and blending and segmenting sounds in words. She also uses multisensory techniques to enhance literacy skills for all learners.

Ms. Katherine is an energetic and passionate educator who believes in nurturing the growth of the whole child. She is dedicated to creating fun and interactive activities that connect to children’s interests and inspire a love of learning.
